I Need Help

Hello, My name is Perry, I am 41 years old and have been biting my nails for 31 years. I cause them to bleed and I hardly feel any pain anymore. The nails are 1/8" long or shorter except my thumbs, they are 1/2"or so I have caught myself awakening while biting my nails. Its so ugly and I realy realy hate doing this. I NEED HELP!!!!! Can anyone make a suggestion or give some good advise as to if their is a product that will help. I have even had many manicures with no good results. please send info
