I have been chewing my nails for about 15 years or so. I'm 20 now and I don't know when I actually started. I don't know why I chew but I think I just have to have something in my hands all the time. When I'm at the movies or reading an exciting book or just talking to someone. I don't even realize it. Anyways I haven't chewed for 15 days!!!! YEAH ME!!!!!! This site is an encouragement! Thank you! I'm glad I'm not alone! Tell every one else to not give up.
